Say it with fashion… say it with DrumPants
Enter the percussive world of odbol, AKA Tyler Freeman, AKA the person behind DrumPants. Think about a pair of slacks, now image these slacks being laced with Piezo transducer triggers which obtain audio that turns into MIDI knowledge (just like how conventional drum triggers perform). Now, think about these triggers being hooked right into a mind of some sort, say… a drum machine. Are you getting the image but? DrumPants! Sure, now tapping in your legs will produce extra than simply the uninteresting “thwack” of struck flesh — it’s going to create a symphony of percussion rivaled solely by Neil Peart (and perhaps Jon Theodore). Truly, odbol’s design is not actually that revolutionary, because it’s type of like sticking common triggers in your pockets, and admittedly, as a lot as we might wish to be complimentary to the little dude, he ain’t that nice of a drummer. Nonetheless, kudos for the trouble, and when he comes up with the sub-derma triggers, we’re all ears. Examine the video after the break to see Tyler rocking the lure package.
