Former Klei, Telltale devs reveal first-individual thriller Firewatch
Indie developer Campo Santo introduced its first recreation, a primary-individual thriller named Firewatch. The sport is about within the Wyoming wilderness, “the place your solely human connection is speaking together with your supervisor over a handheld radio,” based on the sport’s announcement weblog.
The sport’s protagonist, whose job is to “search for smoke and hold the wilderness protected,” winds up exploring a “wild and unknown setting” after one thing pulls them away from their watchtower. Firewatch‘s official website says the sport will press gamers with “interpersonal decisions” that may have an effect on gamers’ relationships with Delilah, the supervisor in query.
Campo Santo was shaped in September 2013 by former Telltale and Klei builders, together with Mark of the Ninja lead designer Nels Anderson and artist Olly Moss. The Cave co-author Chris Remo joined the group in February after departing from Double Superb.
